Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Godicsoft tarafından yayımlanan KURTULUŞ mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanımını düzenler. Paket kimliği: com.godicsoft.kurtulus. Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kaldır.

2. Kullanım lisansı
Sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda, App Store ya da Google Play kurallarına uygun olarak kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilir.
3. Dini otorite değildir
KURTULUŞ eğitim amaçlı ve pratik bir yol arkadaşıdır. Fetva vermez, yeni dini hüküm üretmez; Kur'an'ın, ehil bir âlimin ya da mahalle imamının yerine geçmez. Meal Kur'an değildir. Hadis kütüphanesi tüm külliyat değildir. İlmihal ve fıkıh sayfaları özettir; mezhep farkları ilgili yerlerde belirtilir.
4. Kaynaklar ve üçüncü taraf içerik
Gömülü metinler ve isteğe bağlı indirmeler Kaynaklar sayfasında ve Uygulama içinde belirtilir. Üçüncü taraf lisansları (ör. Tanzil CC BY 3.0, KFGQPC mushaf yazı tipi, kamu malı mealler, Unlicense hadis kütüphanesi, Wikimedia Commons ses kayıtları, Diyanet hutbeleri) sahiplerinde kalır.
5. Reklamlar ve gönüllü destek
Uygulama üçüncü taraf reklamlar içerir. Reklam içeriğinden reklam verenler sorumludur; bir reklamın gösterilmesi Godicsoft'un o ürünü onayladığı anlamına gelmez. “KURTULUŞ'a Destek Ol” ile kazanılan reklamsız süre parasal değeri olmayan, devredilemeyen, cihaza bağlı bir kolaylıktır; Uygulama silindiğinde kaybolabilir ve süreleri ya da günlük sınırları değiştirilebilir.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Zorunlu hukukun izin verdiği durumlar dışında Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözme.
- Kaynaklı dini metinleri Godicsoft'a ait vahiy ya da fetva gibi sunma, izinsiz toplu dağıtma.
- Reklam sistemini otomatik araçlarla ya da sahte etkileşimle kötüye kullanma.
- Uygulamayı taciz veya hukuka aykırı işler için kullanma.
7. Kullanılabilirlik
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Namaz vakitleri seçtiğin yönteme ve verdiğin konuma bağlıdır; cami takviminden farklı olabilir. İsteğe bağlı ağ özellikleri ve reklamlar her zaman kullanılabilir olmayabilir. Mağaza, widget ve alarm özellikleri Apple ve Google platformlarına bağlıdır.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
KURTULUŞ adı, Godicsoft işaretleri, arayüz ve özgün kod ilgili mevzuatla korunur. Lisanslı içerik üzerinde, o lisansların tanıdığı hakların ötesinde telif iddiası yoktur.
9. Gizlilik
Kullanım ayrıca Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir.
10. Sorumluluk
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Godicsoft; kaçırılan namazlardan, hatalı kıble yönünden, zekât hesabından veya eğitim özetlerine dayanarak verdiğin kararlardan sorumlu değildir. Zorunlu tüketici hukukunun hariç tutulmasına izin vermediği sorumluluklar saklıdır.
11. Değişiklik ve sona erme
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. İzin verilen durumlarda güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Uygulamayı silerek istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsin.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk
İkamet ettiğin ülkenin zorunlu tüketici korumaları saklı kalmak kaydıyla bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the KURTULUŞ mobile application (“the App”) published by Godicsoft. Package ID: com.godicsoft.kurtulus. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store or Google Play rules that apply to you.
3. Not a religious authority
KURTULUŞ is an educational and practical companion. It does not issue fatwa or generate new religious rulings, and it is not a substitute for the Qur'an, a qualified scholar or your local imam. A translation is not the Qur'an. The hadith library is not the complete corpus. Ilmihal and fiqh pages are summaries; madhhab differences are noted where relevant.
4. Sources and third-party content
Embedded texts and optional downloads are attributed on the Sources page and in the App. Third-party licenses (e.g. Tanzil CC BY 3.0, the KFGQPC mushaf font, public-domain translations, the Unlicense hadith library, Wikimedia Commons recordings, Diyanet sermons) remain with their owners.
5. Ads and voluntary support
The App contains third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; showing an ad does not mean Godicsoft endorses the product. Ad-free time earned through “Support KURTULUŞ” is a device-bound convenience with no monetary value and cannot be transferred; it may be lost if the App is deleted, and its durations or daily limits may change.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer the App except where mandatory law allows.
- Do not present sourced religious texts as Godicsoft's own revelation or fatwa, or redistribute them in bulk without permission.
- Do not abuse the ad system with automated tools or fake interactions.
- Do not use the App to harass others or for unlawful acts.
7. Availability
The App is provided “as is”. Prayer times depend on the method you choose and the location you provide and may differ from a mosque timetable. Optional network features and ads may not always be available. Store, widget and alarm features depend on Apple and Google platforms.
8. Intellectual property
The KURTULUŞ name, Godicsoft marks, interface and original code are protected by applicable law. No copyright is claimed over licensed content beyond the rights those licenses grant.
9. Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godicsoft is not liable for missed prayers, an incorrect qibla, zakat calculations or decisions you make based on educational summaries. Liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law is unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these Terms. Where permitted, continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
